Question--ate something late in evening (after 12am)--do I log as previous day or next day?

Ok...I had a skinny cow ice cream last night (around 12:30). I was lagging on cals for the day and had to eat something. It was about 150 cals. However, do I log that as Wednesday or today? I logged it as Wednesday because I hadn't technically gone to bed yet. What does everyone else do when they eat late????

I would log it as the previous day. Not everyone has the same schedules, for example some people may not even start their day untill noon and their 'dinner' might even be in the next actual day. Not sure if that makes any sense.

But I would log my day from when I wake up until I go to sleep as one day. :)

I personally restart my day at 12 am. I have a very weird work schedule, so this helps me out. My gf starts hers at 5am cause she gets up at odd times in the mornings and naps during the day. Is good to pick a time and stay with it.

Good question! I usually NEVER eat past 12AM, because I always want to start the day off right. But a couple of days ago I had to pull an all-night, and had a couple apples at around 1AM. I counted that for the previous day.

I'm a night owl, so I never count 12am as a new day. If I don't sleep at all a new day starts at 6am, but other than that I count a new day as when I sleep. But that's just me. Do whatever makes sense to you, it all evens out in the end anyway.
