I only ask because for whatever reason during Wednesdays and Thursdays of every week due to my practice schedule and the times when I eat, I always feel bloated and normally weigh a lot more and don't look as good in my abdomen region. However, on Saturdays/Sundays when I for whatever reason am not nearly as bloated (or bloated at all), and I weigh myself, I'm literally 4-5 pounds lighter. Does bloating make that big a deal? What weight should I generally accept?

Bloating makes a difference. Go by the weight you see when you're not bloated.
