I'm no expert but that sounds okay to me.
no one on here is excly an "expert"
so you shouldn't base your eating habbits purely on what some people say

but in my oppinion,
i think you should be eatng quite a bit more
considering you work out so much
because all this exercise makes your metabolism much faster
so you  need more fuel.
even if you eat back all the calories you  burn exercising
your still burning more calories in general because your metabolism is faster..

what type of exercise do you do?
i usually switch things up... i will have a day of working out that is just straight cardio for an hour and then on the others days i do about a half hour on the treadmil and do about 20 mins of strenghth training and some days i do a circuit and do about twenty mins on each cardio machine

1,400 probably isn't enough with that activity level.
I would agree that isn't enough...but you are at a healthy weight correct??? Why don't you just try to focus on toning with your workout while adding protein to your diet as well as a significant amount of healthy snacks and fruits and veggies!!? At 22 you should not be worrying to much about your calories, but more about the way you feel in your skin...working out makes me feel fantastic, but I definitely have to eat more on the days that I do...And I would suggest you add a few hundred to your intake!
i think from what you say you shul prob be eating roughly 1800

At 5'5'' & 118lbs. you are a fine weight. You exercise & hopefully eat healthy though I think you're not eating enough. If your boyfriend thinks you need to lose weight it sounds like he has the problem. Things happen in life.
Find someone who cares for you no matter what. Life is too short not to have a bacon cheeseburger every now & then.  Be healthy for yourself.
Oh when i said my boyfriend and i argure about me loosing weight its because he thinks that i should be eating more than i do...
That seems like a kinda low number to me.  You're already very thin in your photo - certainly no need to lose any more.  1800 or so seems like a good count for someone your size to maintain - and that's without a lot of exercise...
