Question about Calorie County Analysis

I see  the anaylsis of the "Eat Meter" says that my Daily Goal: 2150 cal -- and I've only eaten 940 calories ---- does that mean I SHOULD be eating 2150 calorier per day -- OR am I to not eat more than that amount .... I'm confused.

If you are trying to lose weight, then you shouldn't eat more than that.  You should create a calorie deficit of 500 to lose one pound per week.  For example, you would eat 1650 calories to lose a pound a week.  If you're trying to maintain though, you should try to eat around 2150, or at least have that as your average throughout the week.  Hope that helps. :)
