Question about cal's in a day
okay so i'm new to this forum thing and i am trying to lose weight, which i have been trying for awhile....and i was just wondering if anybody knew how many calories on average the body burns in a day and whats a healthy amount of calories I should be eating to still lose weight?? thanks a ton :) i need all the help i can get!

This place is great I have only been here a short while as well but have learned a great deal. The amount of calories you burn depends on your activity level I think and the amount of calories you consume should not be below 1100 cal try out the diet log it keeps track of the cals you consume in a day.It is a little time consuming at first but once you "tag" your main foods that you eat it if fairly simple There are tons of great people on this site and they give you a lot of info just ask . if you look under "tools" you can calculate how much you burn each day and how much you should consume.
