What are some good complex carb foods to eat after weight lifting to help build muscle and put on weight? Getting protein for building muscle really isnt an issue, I more or less need to eat more carbs, and not simple ones like sugars and so on.

Oatmeal and beans are my favorite carbs. Whole wheat bread. Brown rice. Potatoes.

Well my favourite complex carb has got to be whole-wheat spaghetti but cooking that isnt always convenient, u could always try those microwave bags of brown rice their nice and quick after a workout session
im around 120-130 and im 5'10'', so im pretty lanky, so how much should I be taking in daily?
Well it depends a little bit on personal choice with where u want to spend your calories but about 50% should be carbs and most of them should be wholegrains (and fruit&veg)
