are you from the states? im from canada so i dont know if this is any help, but dairyland 1% cottage cheese is REALLY good, and i loooove danone activia vanilla yogurt. for cereal, barbara's puffins, original and cinnamon are both high fiber lowfat. very delicious.
Natural Peanut butter- I don't eat it....though try to get an all natural kind...i believe target know carries better n peanut butter if you want a low cal alternative though i must warn you it is $5.99 a jar

granola bars- I'd say anything by Kashi is pretty safe though there are better choices such as a piece of fruit with string cheese

Oatmeal- I just buy quaker old fashioned oats

yogurt- I am a fan of dannon light n fit...low cal yet many don't favor because it is sweetened with splenda...good flavors though

cottage cheese- I buy Lactaid Low fat cottage cheese...has a nice taste and consistency...I like thick cottage cheese and some generic kinds are runny

cereal- Fiber One, All Bran,
For PB, I'd recommend Maranatha brand. They have various kinds of nut butters, including (my favourite) No Stir Peanut butter in chunky and smooth. Their honey peanut butter is also amazing but it does require stirring. (link: http://www.worldpantry.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce/ ExecMacro/nspired/maranatha/home.d2w/report)

For granola bars, the only kinds I eat regular are Kashi & Nature's Path.

For protein bars, I rarely eat them because I find they're too high in calories to be worth it but The Zone Diet bars in Chocolate and Peanut Butter Chocolate are quite tasty (at about 230 cals, I believe).

For cereal, I'd recommend anything from Kashi & Nature's Path again. I also add Kellogg's All Bran Buds to yogurt. Kellogg's All Bran's Guardian cereal is tasty too.

For oatmeal, I love Nature's Path instant oatmeal and Quaker's Weight Control instant oatmeal.
Natural Peanut Butter: Krema, or Maranatha if you can't find it. Natural grocery stores sometimes have places where you can make your own peanut butter too - so then you don't have to worry about salt.

Granola or Protein Bars: Odwalla Super-Protein bars. They're 240 calories (pretty high) but they have fiber and 16 grams of protein. Lara bars are nice as a snack, and have healthy fats, fruits, nuts, and no more than five ingredients for each one. EX: My Cherry Pie one only had 'organic dried cherries, almonds, and organic dates.'

Oatmeal: I just eat whole oats, and you can buy them pretty much anywhere. Grocery generic brands are cheaper, but Quaker also makes them.

Yogurt: I eat only plain yogurt now, but Stonyfield Farms has some tasty flavored varities, as well as vanilla. Dannon makes a natural nonfat vanilla too.

Cottage Cheese: I just buy my grocery's generic brand; the nonfat varitey of course.

Cereal: Kashi GoLean all the way! It has 10 grams of fiber and 13 grams of protein! Add some skim milk, nuts and berries, and some scrambled egg whites and you'd have a complete breakfast! Not to mention, it tastes great too - just the right amount of sweetness without a lot of sugar added.
I am thoroughly addicted to the Wessex 5 grain "oatmeal" (I put it in parenthesis because only one of the 5 grains is oats).  I first found it at whole foods, but now my regular grocery store carries it with their section of organic cereals.  3 minutes in the microwave!

I can't eat dairy, but I add in blueberries and strawberries, and either a bit of unsweetened applesauce or the blueberry applesauce from whole foods.  Sometimes I put some pumpkin and some nuts in it with a bit of stevia.  SO GOOD - I have it every morning after my workout and it fills me up for hours.

Skippy natural though it still has added it is slightly better then my jiff. I just can't adjust to the all natural so small steps.

Granola bars I am not a fan of but I guess I would pick kashi or nature valley crunchy ones.

Oatmeal I sue the micro quaker or instant quick ones. I did try a trader joes steel cut that was in the frozen area that was good.

Yogurt I like greek and they have some flavors or you can sweeten the plain with a little vanilla. I like dannon or yoplait too

Cottage cheese I think is knudsen 2%

Cereal I like bran flakes and cheerios for the ones with fiber

Natural Peanut Butter -- I use the Smuckers -- and/or Target brand natural peanut butter -- but I don't think I've seen any other food where people have one and stick to it than peanut butter!

Granola or Protein Bars - Kashi -- golean bars -or granola bars -- tasty and filling - and not too sweet.  I also like Luna bars

Oatmeal (Steel Cut?)  -all I can get here are the Bob's steel cut oats.  although for a quick fix, I keep some of the Kashi hot cereal packets on hand

Yogurt (Vanilla) - I usually get yogurt from our local dairy -- however, if I do buy a national brand - it's the Dannon Light and Fit -- it does have splenda (the one sweetner that doesn't bother me too much in small doses) and the vanilla flavor is GREAT.

Cottage Cheese - again - usually either store brand, or local dairy, fat free

Cereal (with fiber ... something to FILL me up) - Kashi golean (not the crunch, just the regular golean mixture) I like the variety and even snack on it dry at my desk.   I also sometimes snack on cheerios in the car when on long trips.

I really recomment Kraft Natural Peanut Butter. They roast the peanuts, so it has a wonderful peanut-y flavour. It's also only 90 calories/tbsp, instead of the standard 100.

I'm going to do a fair bit of seconding, but here's what I like:

Peanut Butter - Kraft's, like torli said!

Bars - Fiber One bars, if you can get your hands on them! They're sooo good, and have 9g of fiber. Most other bars aren't usually worth the calories , imho.

Oatmeal - Regular is good for me, it only takes like 5 minutes, not much more than instant.

Yogurt - Yoplait's light yogurt is great.

Cottage cheese - No recomendations here, I don't know what they'll have at your local supermarket (I'm in Mexico). My diabetic second cousin in Canada gets a generic brand 1% and it tastes fine.

Cereal - Fiber One or All-Bran.

Hope that helped a bit. :)
