Question about Daily Sugar Intake?
Under the analysis section, it says I have already had 59 grams of sugar today.
I ate old-fashioned oatmeal (made with rice milk) and fruit for breakfast, Tilapia and veggies for lunch, Fruit and veggies for a snack.
So the sugar is mainly all from the fruits. I'm wondering if my fruit intake is maybe impeding weightloss? How many grams of sugar am I allowed daily?
Thanks!
I am curious about this as well. I don't eat refined sugar but do take in alot of natural sugar from fruit. Wondering if I should limit this to a certain number?

I have never posted a link before, so bear with me if it doesn't work.
I have been looking at the same things, I always have too high of sugar intake, don't eat processed sugar most of the time, and eat 2-3 servings of fruit a day. "Ask Mary" posted this link the other day after a question..it breaks down the amount of each food group per the calories you consume. It is sooo not the 5-7 veggies and fruit a day if you eat under 2000 cals.
Hope it works, and then helps :)
