You can use the recipe analyser (go to 'foods' 'new recipe') to work out the calories in a whole meal.  You simply add each ingredient with its weight/volume and any fat goes in there as well.   If you use teaspoons of oil and butter and non-stick cookware that's going to give you a much lower score than if you use tablespoons.

Ketchup, being sugar & vinegar based, is a relatively high-cal food per 100g but who eats that much?  If you're serving it in more normal 20g blobs it's not going to make a big dent in your calorie allowance.   Find it in the CC database rather than guessing.

thanks for replay and i will replace ketchup by tomato and reduce fat per meal

Remember, too, that you can look on the ketchup bottle for the amount of calories in a serving. It will also tell you how big the serving size is for ketchup. My bottle says a serving is 1 tablespoon (17 grams) and 20 calories.

How many calories per day were you aiming for?

1400 with half calories from carbs and the rest split between protein and fat
