does it matter what exercise you do as long as your moving about and working up a sweat or making your heart beat fast count as exercise?

anyone? just one answer would be nice im confused so i need help
hey. i think pretty much anything that gets your heart rate going is exercise.  what exactly did you have in mind?  i have read you should change your routine every day. helps you continually lose weight and increase your fitness.
oh rite thanks,my exercise is werid as i dont think anyone does it but sometimes i jog in lots of different moves on my step aerobic step with or without dumbells and then sometimes i do exercise moves of my mini trampoline,both do get we sweating alot n heart beat fast and i do have other stuff but thats for toneing

I just asked my trainer to help me understand what I should be doing to get fit, and build my body . . . her's what she suggested for me . . .

Monday:  elliptical - 40 minutes  Abdominal work 

Tuesday: weight train -  then elliptical - 30 minutes 

Wednesday: brisk walking - heart rate up - 30 minutesTriceps kickbacks

Thursday: weight train then elliptical - 30 minutes 

Friday: Take a break - just keep busy. 

Saturday:  Weight lifting -

Sunday:  Walking outside for 45 minutes at a brisk pace
