i just started the road to weight loss yesterday & found this site today. When i found it today, i filled out a food diary here of what i ate yesterday. I just went & looked at their analysis & it gave me a C-
How does the website base that? & how many cals should i be intaking? I am sure it is b/c i ate too LITTLE if anything. but i tried to quit the eating unless i am hungry. I don't want to eat too little b/c i know that can prevent weight loss as well!!
Does anyone know how many cals i should be eating or where on here it will tell me? can other ppl look at my food diary or do i need to print that on here as well for y'all to answer my questions?
thanks.

I believe the analysis is based on the nutritional value of the food you ate. Each food has a rating accordingly.
To figure out how many calories you should be eating use the tools in profile to setup your goals and figure your calorie needs.
No one can look at your food dairy unless you post it in your journal.
