question for the ladies...

I'm wondering how much you really could loose off your boobs. I have always been a D..on the smaller side of that anyway. My mother is larger as well, so I know genetics plays a roll as well, but she is also larger/overweight...deals with a difficult case of diabetes. I have always taken more after my dad with body type which is pretty thin.

I feel like I have already lost some of my boobs and am wondering how much you can really lose. How small could I get? I am only looking to lose less than 10 pounds total..i've already lost 3.

It really depends on your body type. The weight loss I've experienced so far has been off my arms, boobs and stomach. I haven't lost anything from my hips or butt... but that's because I'm a pear shape.

I think it greatly depends on your own body.  My person experience with it, when I dropped down to 122 obviously my bra size changed.  It was not totally drastic in my opinion.  Ask my fiance and he will tell you a different story.  Haha.  I don't mind losing mine.  I am proportioned well to begin with but I would rather lose the belly, the chunk, the boobs, all of it rather than keeping massive boobies and having a skinny waist. Haha.

I lost 40 pounds, went from 180 to 140, and though my band size has changed my actual boobs have lost little, if anything. Not enough to get a smaller size. (DD). i'm hourglass shape.

Some people i know are almost flat at their goal weight.

It's kind of something you can't choose.

yes by losing 10lbs i went from a small D to a small C

what if your breasts got bigger as a result of birth control pills?  mine did, so i wonder if because i'm still on the pill if they would change or not

I have gone from a full D to a small C in cup size and dropped two band sizes with a 56 lb. weight loss.  I'm also an hourlass shape.  I lost fullness through nursing though too.

Yea, I agree with the body type thing. I have lost 50 lbs... and boob wise I went from a C to a low B.... lol.  I also have an hour glass shaped body... and my weight loss was mainly in my face and torso.. not so much my legs. But anyways,  I guess there is really no way to know until you get there.

I know it doesn't count as much but when I got pregnant I went from a small B to a Large D! It was great! hahahaha Now I've lost all the pregnancy weight plus another 30 pounds and yeah small A. So sad. :(

I was actually wondering the same thing...I've been exercising for what seems like forever, but since I do the weight thing with the carido stuff, I haven't lost the weight, but gained muscle mass, but my close fit better, and I'm slimmer, if that makes any sense.  But anyway, I'm a DD, and I'm still a DD after losing 25 pounds...I play tennis absolutely every day of the week! I love it that much, and after all that running around and going to the gym, you would think the fat would start burning away in this area...but no...just firming them up...I've lost weight everywhere else but here...I'm so frustrated I can't stand it...so how long is it going to take to get rid of it?  I would love to get down to at least a C or D cup...but it doesn't seem to be happening...So what do I need to do?
