On the recipe were you take an apple (sometimes cut it into peices) then add cinnamon and splenda and nuke it in the microwave;  is there a way to make this on the stove-top???

i kno you can make it in the oven but the oven nor the microwave is working. :(

my my always used an iron skillet and lots of butter.  Not sure how you could do it without using something to keep it from sticking, though may not stick with splenda intead of the brown sugar...
butter or flour spray
Boil the apples with I think 1/4 - 1/2 a cup of water. Remove and drain when soft and then sprinkle with cinnamon and splenda. :)
you can probably make something almost like apple sauce. i'd suggest adding a few tablespoons of water and heat the sliced or chopped apple on low heat covered until it's as tender as you want. just make sure the heat it low enough and you stir it quite a bit. then add splenda and cinnamon, yum!
boiling the apples sounds like a good idea...the cinnamon and splenda will melt right into it :)
what's the original recipe you were talking about? sounds yummy....
Non-stick pans you dont need butter.

You can always add a little water and disolve the splenda / cinnamon into it...then use that to cook the apples in.
