like i said on another post i went from weighing 169 in may to 177 as of this morning....however i did go several weeks weighing about 172 or 173. then within one week i went up to the 177. now here's the question...i have been having horrible trouble with constipation ( too much info part right here). could this have something to do with the sudden weight jump? because 4 or 5 pounds in a week seems like alot to me and it can at the same time as the constipation and my period ( been one heck of a week lol). if anyone has any idea let me know. also if anyone has any trick to deal with cronic constipation let me know that too please.. thankx

one word: fibercon!!

up your fiber! i do it, it helps, my whole lower abdomina area feels much better.  i started with taking them ever day for a few days while increasing my fiber in my diet and then now i only take it when i feel like i need to.  ew gross i know.  but.... yeah butt.  its good for that too :).
Ya, it could.  That's extra weight in your body...best thing to do...and you know this, is to drink water.  Water water water water....and it's proven to help with the other thing* too!  Just get back on the wagon, you seem to have already set some good goals for yourself (in reply to your other post.)
i usually drink between 1 or 2 gallons of water a day but hardly ever less than 1 gallon so if i drink anymore water i'm prolly gonna float away. but i've never tried that fibercon. what is it? is it a pill cause i don't think i could handle the stuff you mix in your water. i used to have to do that when i was little and i hated it!

dried apricots are your friend.  yeah, poo has weight :) unles syou've managed to eat 3500 extra cal each and every day, it's probably not FAT you're carrying around.
well, here are the things that work for me--fresh fruit, esp pineapple, and all-bran cereal with chopped apples and cinnamon on it.  and of course fresh vegetables like spinach and celery and squash.  it's what old-fashioned "diets" used to call "bulk."  i am amazed at how much of that you can eat without going over in cals!
I don't know about fibercon, but Benefiber has pills and flavored chewables, they even have some that have added calcium too.  Benefiber powder is tasteless, though - I've been using it, put it in hot cider or oatmeal - can't taste a thing.
like saroful said...Apricots!  I have a problem with that  nasty mess too.  try to eat lots of fresh fruit for breakfast.  I have been substituting my cereal for fruit trays lately and it has been working wonders! And I feel awesome too!  this morning Ihad a cup of blackberries, raspberries,and blueberries plus 3 strawberries.  After about an hour I had an apple.  lets just say I got rid of the bad and was full of Energy instead.  give fruit a try in the morning and it will help
