Question about McDonalds grilled Chicken club

Quote  |  Reply
So today I didn't have time to make dinner so my husband ran to mcdonalds and instead of ordering me the classic chicken sandwich he ordered me the chicken club.

When I got it I took off all of the mayo that I possibly could and took off the bacon ... so I looked on the mcdonalds nutrition info and placed it on my log for the day ... but with only a very small percentage of the mayo that clung to the bread and no bacon how many calories/fat should I subtract from my daily log?

look up mayo and bacon seperately, and subtract that much. 2 pieces of bacon is around 80 cals and 2 tbs mayo I think is around 100. This is just a guestimate.
well on the mcdonald's website if you choose to "bag a McMeal" you can customize it to what you ordered and subtract everything you took off. so from the information you gave me, i had it as 570 originally, and then 430 once you took off the bacon & mayo. (but if you didn't have the cheese or tomato it's 360, if you did have the tomato it's only 5 cals more).

it lists the bacon at 100 cals and the mayo at 50.
thank you ... I have never tried the bag a mcmeal but I will try it ;)
