So I've been making my tbsp of PB2 with the powder packed in the measuring spoon, but leveled. I never get as many servings as the jar advertises (16). Are the measurements I'm making actually closer to two servings because they're packed tbps?
I have found with most products that I measure never come out right according to the packaged label. I think they base there servings on weight. Not sure what to do about it. But I use a level tbls on the pb2 but never counted the servings.
i never trust anything but the weight for serving size calculations. my crackers for lunch were 30 grams/13 crackers on the box. it actually came out to 12 carckers. i know crackers are not alot, but if you do this day by day, week by week...how much extra are we eating without actually knowing.
I don't think you are supposed to pack down anything when you measure it.. it def gives you more than a serving if you do it that way.
