Ok, I finally got my book!  I'm pumped, I'm exicited, I'm buried under a massive amount of information that I will have to read the book again.

My question is, on Pages 140-141 it has WorkoutA and B.  On the charts it has Workouts 1,2 Workout 3,4 and so on.  So do I do45 squats in one day? Do I do Workout 1,2 for one day, then 3,4 another day.  It says its six weeks for stage 1 and I'm having a little trouble with this part.  Any help would be appreciated.  I scanned and read but can't figure it out.

Thanks guys!

Today you'll do 30 squats, I think (2sets of 15?)

Basically you are going to do Workout A1 today, and then B1 on Monday. On Wednesday, you'll do workout A2, and Friday or Sat, B2 (A2 and B2 are going to be the same as A1 and A2 in Stage 1). Then you'll move on to workout 3a and 3b, where you decrease the number of reps.

Does that make sense?

thank you!

Jenn, there is a great CC Group of ladies following NROLFW (http://caloriecount.about.com/new-rules-lifti ng-women-g489). Members of the group are at all stages of the program, from beginners to women who have already finished. They are all so supportive. You might want to take a look and consider joining.  Smile
