Question on Nutrition Report Analysis
These are the numbers I have on the Analysis right now...
Fat 32.5% (87 grams)
Protein 19.4% (116 grams)
Carbs 48.1% (289 grams)
They don't add up to be a percentage of my daily intake (if 32.5% equals 87 grams, then there is no way 19.4% can equal 116 grams). My question is - what exactly do these numbers represent? 32.5% of what?

It's the percentage of calories that you ate. Fat has more calories per gram than carbohydrates or protein.
Ok. Thank you.
