Question about Pilates?
ok,
So I have an aerobic pilates tape made by Crunch. When I counted it into my exercise for the day, it showed only regular pilates as an option. So I logged it in as that, and it said I only burned 187 calories with 30 minutes.
My question is, does this sound right? It felt like I did a lot more than that, but I know I'm overweight. Could that make it feel like more than it was? (Well dumb question, but you know what I'm asking, I hope?)
Help?!

Sounds reasonable to me. Did you look and see what regular aerobics would burn in 30 min? Maybe you can estimate somewhere between the 2 if you think you indeed worked harder than a normal pilates class.
