Question for those with polar Heart Monitors....

Can you swim with these on??  Both the chest strap and watch???

I'd LOVE to see how many calories I burn swimming this summer.

The 11 can-- they have ratings on them... according to my booklet, I can machine wash the strap without the gadget part... don't dry in dryer. Swimming and bathing is ok, but not scuba diving-- too deep unless you have one that says 100 m on the back of it?

I have the f4 and it says you can, but I haven't braved it yet!

Another question for those of you with Polar monitors...Which model do you recommend for accuracy? I'm primarily looking for one that will track my calorie burn during workouts as accurately as possible. Would appreciate your feedback and suggestions.
