Question about receipies in browser

I was going through some of the receipies in the browser.  Does all/any receipie that someone enters go there?  Meaning vs it stays private and they have to make it public.  I'm wondering if there is any review of what goes out public to the browser.

They all go into the browser.  I've suggested making it optional.  If you want to make a suggestion, go to the home page and find "contact us"  and send an e-mail with your idea.  You might want to check the "To Do List", also on the home page, to see if anyone else has suggested it.
