i put cashews / chicken / cranberries and chicken... i was wondering how much calories this would end up being. also, i usually get multigrain rolls with the salad, and my friend told me that seeds are very high in calories. the restaurant doesnt give the exact calorie account, so if anyone has any idea, let me know by reply! thanks

you can go on this site: http://www.thecaloriecounter.com/ - which I love to go to when looking for calories in something common like an egg for example - gives you something like a nutritional label.
