Question about Subway and friends

Quote  |  Reply

When I am adding the 6 inch turkey sub from subway in the food choices, is it counting the bread? Or am I supposed to add that separate?  I hope this is the right place to post this question.

Also, how do you add people to your friends list?  Do you just add people whose profile sound good to you or do you wait for someone to add you to their list?  I feel like I am in school again....the last one standing in gym class! :)

thanks,

lulu

You're not the last one at all! When you look at someone's profile, there's a link that says "add buddy" on the top of their page, off to the right. It's close to their picture.

I find I add people as a friend after talking to them in forums, or if they comment on my journal. People are pretty open to making friends, because we all like to share our successes!

And while I haven't checked out to be sure, I would guess it does include the bread? Just think rationally... the turkey would be low cal, probably worth 100-ish cals. The veggies are super low cal. If the sandwich says more than 200 cals, I'd guess the bread is included!

The calorie contents for subway include whole wheat or white bread, and regular veggies.

Any sauces, or mayo or cheese you add are extra.  If you use another kind of bread, you can look up that content, calculate the difference and add it in.

I am not really sure how a lot of things on here work.  I played around on here for a day or two a year ago, but came back now that I am actually motivated!  I guess as we go along we will figure it all out!

Go look with the soccer!  I am trying tennis and it is killing me!

hanesda 1, Tennis! I have to add that to my goals.  I have always wanted to learn to play tennis. We used to fool around with it as kids and it was always so fun. there are a few big tennis places around here, and it would be great to be able to take advantage of them. Good luck!
