question 4 u beutiful ppl..opinions needed
dont know why just do
is it ok if i have one or two everyday..i feel like it does somethin to my metabolism..all of a sudden i just want to get up moving after having one..i know its all in you head..but hey
so is it ok or does it slow or affect my weight loss.
thankssssss
love you allllll
It has as much caffine as a cup of coffe, so, yeah, it does something to your metabolism. It is not in your head.
It is up to you to decide if it is OK. 'Eating clean' generally means no caffine, but we all have our little cheats. Just make sure you drink a lot of water throughout the day because caffine will dehydrate you.
I really doubt it does anything good for your metabolism. Its an energy drink so it is made to make you feel awake. I doubt it will slow your weight loss, it just adds calories and as long as you stay under your calories for that day then, why not have one.
Sorry to be the sour one on this....but Red Bull is very addictive because out of all soft drinks it has the highest caffeine content 8.2oz = 80mg you may also want to read the link below because it's under scrutiny....three people have died after drinking it. I would advice anyone to try and keep their intake of it to a minimum. Just my opinion.....
Any caffinated drink can be addictive because caffine is addictive. That doesn't stop 3/4 of the population from drinking them. Different people can be addicted at different levels. I can't even drink one Diet Coke a day without getting addicted after a few days. Most people would never feel it. Many people are addicted to caffine and don't worrry about it.
Bottom line: it is not healthy, but you could do worse.
Today i have a rockstar JUICED so i went and logged it, and to my surprise, it was an A..?

All right chill....Honey asked for opinions and I gave mine just like you did....I think everyone is well aware that caffeine is addictive....the point I was making is the level of it in red bull. At the end of the day we all make our own choices but we don't have a go at others because they don't agree with us.
I thought it had alot more caffeine than one cup of coffee. Wouldn't worry bout it adding calories though cos sugarfree RB only has about 5.
I drink sugar free rockstars on most days, and I've lost 175 pounds. So.. nope it wont hinder your weight loss. But try not to get addicted to these things. I'm currently working on getting them out of my 'diet'. For 1, they're too expensive, for 2, I know they're not good for me.
Weight loss wise you shouldn't worry ... It is very low in calories and doesn't slow your met . but heath wise YOU SHOULD WORRY BIG TIME...Redbull has many side effects and not healthy ... even i think it's nutrition grade is really low on CC like a D...
I would recommend replacing it with a healthier diet drink...but don't make it part of your everyday routine...
I just want to say thanks for the info. I too drink about one a day, before my work out or in the morning to get me going. I have had my concerns on this and know that it really isn't good for me and would like to break-free of it like i have with Diet Coke. But for now it is working for me during this new lifestyle journey and no i have not found any problems with weight loss.
:/
