Question ? Any women 5.5
Ok I am trying to see what my goal weight should be I am 5.5 and I want to get down to 130 ... some say my ideal weight should be 125 but i think that to low ... I want to be to small ... BUT i like having curves and dont wont too be too skinny so .... i was just trying to see what are other WOMENS goal weight or even ideal weight for themeselves at this height ...

i'm 5'2". and my goal is 120, but i'm not sure if I can reach that. it depends on your body shape. i'm petite, but muscular, so 120 might be pushing it for me. My lowest was 129, and that was pretty skinny
i'm 5"3 and 111... but i have wide bones so i don't look that skinny... I'm maintaining right now.
I'm 5'4-5"ish and my goal weight is 130, but I think once I reach that I might try to get to 120, just to see how it is. We'll see :)
Same here, 5'3.75" and my goal is 130lbs, 125 if the gods of weight loss let me, but i'll be happy with 130
It seems like i have a pretty good goal weight between 128-130 ..... so i think i will stick with that ... i just dont want to get so skinny i lose my butt..lol...
I'm 5'5" and my goal is 130 but once I get below 140 (I'm 145 now) I'm going to reevaluate. At one point in my life I weighed 125 and I comfortably wore a size 6 pants, at another point I was working out rigorously on a team sport with lots of weights and aerobic work I weighed 135 but I was back down to a size 6 pants, some pants even a 4.
I'm not with the team now but I'm still working out so I'm not sure what's a good goal but seeing what a big difference muscle mass makes for me, I think there is a pretty big range of what will look good.

I'm 5'5" and my goal weight is 150. Some would say that is heavy but I have a very muscular/athletic build and I have a large frame. I might go lower but I'm pretty sure I'll be comfortable at 150 lbs.
Yeah, Lily, I am also built like a brick ****house, and I remember me down at 150 like 7 years ago and I was still pretty big, had a flabby belly and such.
I don't know what it's going to be like this time around since I've been sucking in like 60lbs of fat for the past 6 years (I have abs of steel under this!!!), but it might be different now that I have curves and all that.
The point is, Eugenia, you can't really know until you're there! Even if you have been once before, age and your weight shifting around on your body can completely change things! :)

i'm 5'3" and my goal is 130 ish. the lowest i ever weighed was 113 and even i thought that was too skinny. i started here at 178 and am now 161, so i know i'm gonna hit my goal! you will too!

5'3, 128/129lbs and goal is/was 115, now happy to get to 120 as im muscled now, and genely i dont look big anymore. my goal is to lose 3 inches off tummy
I'm 5'4/5'5, 158 right now...my 'official' goal weight is 128. I haven't weighed that much since I was a freshman in high school, and playing volleyball...I guess I'm a bit skeptical! 135 or even 140 would be great. My overall goal is to be in great shape when we decide to think about having kids.
jayd294mp : yeah I know what you mean I remember being i size 3/4 in highschool but I know i would never be that size again and i really dont want to be that same again .... I think I will be happy in a 5/6 that would be cool .... If I can get down to that size before my baby turns 1 ...

account your body frame and heritage - if you're super buff with lots
of muscles (they are heavy); if you're curvier and have more cleavage;
or if your a thinner shape and don't have so much cleavage (those boobs
can weigh a lot all by themselves!). I'd say use the weight as a
guideline and see how you look and feel when you get closer to your
goal. If in doubt you can also consult your docotor to make sure
you don't go too far the wrong way.

I'm 5'4" and at 120 now. I wouldn't mind losing more, but it seems my body does mind! :) I'm probably going to stay here, barring any unintentional weight loss. I have a small-medium frame but I'm a mesomorph, I tend to carry a fair amount of muscle.
I'm 5'4" and wanna be 121 or 55 kg. I think it is lower reasonable for my large frame, right now I am 131 but could lose something around my butt and waist so I'm gonna aim my exercise to those areas and we will see...
