Questions to ask 1st Visit to Doctor

New Be at this. What would be some questions to ask for First Doctor's Visit?

1. Weight Gain and how many calories is ok for me?

2. Flue Shot (Do I get it or not this year)

3.???????

I got blank when i'm in the doctors office. Last year i was pregnant but miscarried and want to make sure i ask or get them to check for what ever that needs to be done to make sure it goes good.

Off the top of my head (I'm 18 weeks in)... I would ask about prenatal vitamins, foods to avoid (like certain fish), exercise, due date, hair dying (if you do this) and when it's ok, what medicines are safe (like Tylenol) and which ones to avoid.... get the book "What to Expect When You're Expecting".. the latest edition just released this year. It has everything! I would also ask what the best times are to call his/her office should you have a question and just need some reassuring!
