I have found this while browsing the internet.

Do you think I should take this before eating properly to maximise my dieting results??
link isnt working....
All "Cleanse" diets and or pills and potions are just a waste of money. Your body already cleanses it self and detoxifies. These fads don't help and can actually be dangerous. I wouldn't bother with it if I were you. Drink plenty of water and eat healthy, your body will take care of the rest naturally and in less than 24-48hrs!
Hi.....I think all this will cleanse and detoxify is your wallet! I agree with Shea, eat healthfully.....lots of fruits, vegetables & whole grains etc. and drink lots of water!
Take care, Terry
Detox Foods
Fruit
Fresh or frozen fruit.
Vegetables
All fresh vegetables. Vegetables thought to be particularly good detox foods include broccoli, cauliflower, broccoli sprouts, onions, garlic, artichokes, beets, red and green vegetables.
Rice

Other Grains
Quinoa, amaranth, millet, and buckwheat can be used instead of rice. They can be purchased at a health food store or in some grocery stores.
Beans
Split yellow and green peas and lentils are easiest to digest and require the least soaking time. Other good options include kidney beans, pinto beans, mung beans, garbanzo beans (chickpeas) and adzuki beans.
Nuts and Seeds
Unsalted nuts or seeds can be sprinkled over salads or eaten as a snack. Good options include flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, cashews and walnuts. Nut butters are permitted. Peanuts and peanut butter are usually not recommended.
Oil
Extra-virgin olive oil is a preferred oil.

Take the time to chew food well, especially grains.
Question - what does a sluggish liver feel like? Because that's one of the symptom's that page lists. I mean, my kidneys have been feeling kinda tired and slow, and wow - my appendix sure is beat. But my liver? I dunno. Maybe it's a little lethargic?
The other posters are right - save your money and your sanity, and if you insist on "detoxing," do it with the real foods that spoiled_candy lists.
Hahaha!
Yes save your money. Your body is very good at handling "toxins" and waste products. And its a good rule of thumb to avoid stuff you dont know anything about, especially if it sounds too good to be true and is advertised on a gimmicky website.
