Just wondering who is at a Maintenance level! I guess I am! Im still trying to tone but Im 2lbs under my original goal and want to tone up the rest. I still eat usually 1300 cals a day.

Hmm I dunno know but I think I am for now...I need to lose 2 more pounds and get my tummy working so more..2 inches off and 3 more to go...

Actually, I never considered this weight loss a "diet." And, I still cringe when I hear people refer to it as a "diet." People go on and off diets and lose and gain weight. I viewed it as a lifestyle change....one that I will live with the rest of my life. Nothing was off limits. In fact, my diet log has chocolate in it just about every day and I still dropped about 40 pounds. I changed the way I viewed food.
Good to return and I can't wait until the conference this fall.

slappy I was 143 when I came here, now I am 137 since May. My goal is be be around 133-135lbs so 3 more to go. I lost 2 inches off my waist, so not I am down to a 32 but I am going for at least a 29...

I'm maintaining. Weight-wise, anyway.
I would like to tone up a bit, especially my arms: triceps, deltoids, etc. And of course I'm forever chasing that elusive 6-pack. I've got some sort of pliable pony keg currently...

I definitely went down on my exercise time (thanks to coachdee - opened my eyes on that one!) and increased my fats and protein, decreased carbs. Did not up my calories just yet - can't do everything at the same time and very busy now to give my full attention to C-C nowdays. And, as I said, still a little scared of it even knowing that it should be good! Thank you for asking very much!

phimegaphi...I'm a work-out-a-holic....we'll get your bod in great shape! I'm a bit excessive as I'm an Ironman Triathlete, so I'm big-time into toning. For example, yesterday, I swam 3300 yards (almost 2 miles), bicycled for 28 miles and ran 5 miles. I've got great muscular legs and arms....my abs need to have a few packs on them to fit the rest of my body.

thanks Crazy. I had a goal of 138 and Im holding to 136.4 now for 3 days straight. I did the opposite. I dont worry so much about my cals, except to get them above 1200 and not go over 1500 right now. I decreased my fat, not worrying so much about my carbs considering most of its coming from fruit and veggies. my fat that I get is GOOD fat so I have managed to keep it between 20-25 g a day.

thanks neeners!! I saw in your profile that you run as well. I'm pretty
good as far as cardio goes--lots of running and walking and eliptical
machines at the gym when the weather's bad (and swimming now that the
weather's nice and the pool's open). But it's the strength
training and weight-lifting and sit-ups and crunches I'm not so
disciplined about. I would love any encouragement!!
