Ingredients
4 strawberries
3/4 cup ice
1/2 cup skim milk
1/5 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Directions
Combine strawberries (frozen works best), ice, milk, orange juice, and a small pinch of sugar, if necessary, in a large pitcher or blender. Blend until smooth. Yields one smoothie.
