Quick low-cal breakfast sandwich!
Ok, it's not much of a recipe, but it's filling and it's fast.
ingredients:
1 low-cal hot dog bun (I use WhiteWheat buns, 80 calories)
1/2 cup egg beaters (the cheese one is great)
0 calorie butter spray
salt and pepper to taste
directions:
spritz a little butter spray in a frying pan. open the bun and place it face-down in the pan so it toasts lightly.
next, cook the egg beaters in the pan to your preference. Fold the cooked egg beaters into the bun, sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper, and enjoy!

Try the Light Multi Grain English muffins...yum!
Make it even moe filling by stirring chopped veggies into the eggbeaters.
I'd likely add some low-fat cheese to complete the meal!
