quick math question...

if my class rank is 200 and theres 345 students total am i in the top 50% of my class or not?

No, you aren't. The 172nd student would be the lowest student in the top 50%.

345 divided by 2 = 172 = 50%

I didn't realize that was so hard to figure out...

Me and my friend were debating becuase she thought that if it was between 172-345 youd be conisdered the top 50% and i thought if you were between 1-172 youd be in the top 50%.
