just quickly, as a rough estimate, can anyone tell me by cup measurement how much 100 grams of yogurt would be? I think it's 1/2 a cup... but maybe I'm wrong. I'm scaleless right now...

it's probably a little less than 1/2 a cup. 100g of water is 100mL, and a cup is 250mL. yogurt is a little less dense than water, so...
According to the container I have in the fridge 1 cup=227 grams.
