Quick Question

Hi guys,

So I went to the doctors today, had my weigh in.  So this week I have been eating at least 3.000 calories a day, but I went to the doctors and I gained 100 grams.  100 **** GRAMS!  So what do I do?  Is this just a fluctuation and I should keep eating the same, or should I increase?  Or are the scales just wrong?  They're the scales I weigh myself on weekly at the doctors so I don't know.  Any advice would be appreciated muchly.

Bodies are organic and changeable.... there are a lot of factors that determine body-weight.   The scales aren't likely to be wrong.  It could be that you've been eating less than you think.  It could be that you've been more active than you think.    I would stick with the 3000+ for another week.  If it's a blip you should see a bigger than normal gain next week.  If it's not a blip and you stay where you are then you'll have to increase your intake still further.  Best of luck
