Just a quick question

I went over my calorie count limit yesterday by about 150, will it be okay if I eat about 150 calories less today?

Honestly, you're probably better off writing off yesterday's calories as yesterday's problem, and not trying to "compensate" for them today.  That way lies madness...  ;c)

your 240ish? how big a daily deficit are you shooting for? if its 500-700 you should be ok with a 100 calorie wiggle room in there. just be sure you aren't wiggling too far or too often! but really, it can be hard to come in right on target. and i agree with nassira: that way lies madness. . . . its a target. the obsession will make you crazy.

Aight thank you good to know ha ha, I am usually right on for my calories so I won't worry so much about it,

My calorie deficit is about 750, thats what CC set up for me

Something I learned the hard way, is never compensate for a bad day by shorting yourself the next.  As bubbles said, just get back on plan with your very next meal.

It takes long term commitment to take off the weight and keep it off, so you are setting the pattern you'll live by for the rest of your life.  Make sure you can live with it.
