Okay, i'm not quite sure but if i ate

4 volcano tacos from tacobell 960 Calories would it be the same "loseing weight wise" than if i ate.

960 Calories of nothing but apples.

Whats the difference? would my weight be effected the same way? And suppose thats all i ate that day.

For  the volcano tacos

240 calories 150 calories from fat Total Fat 17g 26% Saturated Fat 5g 25% Trans Fat 0g Cholesterol 35mg 12% Sodium 490mg 20% Total Carbohydrate 14g 5% Dietary Fiber 3g 12% Sugars 1g Protein 8g 16%

a medium apple is 95 calories 3 calories from fat  no fat no cholesterol 2mg of sodium 25 g  of   carbohydrates  4 grams of fiber and 19 grams of sugar

plus vitamens which the tacobell taco doesnt have so i would say the apple would be the better choice.  So what im saying is you have to look at the whole lable not just the calories.  You would be feeling very hungry by the end of the day either route though

I'd say not in the same way. With the apples, you'd be getting all of their vitamins and goodness, and with the tacos you'd be getting way more fat.

At the end of the day, you'd be deficient in lots of things either route, but the apples would fill you up more, because you'd have to eat so much of them to equal 960 calories.
