OK, I just have a quick question. I understand that I shouldn't eat less than 1200 calories and according to calorie count more than 1400, but I'm wondering about grams of protein, carbs, sugars, and fats. How many should I be consuming in a day?

20% fat, 20% protein, 60% carbs is the general rule of thumb. Plug your food into the food log, and it will let you know how you are doing :)
