quick running question
OK. I go for maybe 15 minute runs; but i walk maybe 5 minutes of it all together.
would it be best to log that as the running/walking activity?

Log it by your average pace throughout the run/walk. If you go for 15 min and go a mile, it's 15 min/mile. Walking/running burns calories based on how far you go (in general), so if you went a mile that's about 100 calories on average.
