Hi I am a thirty something lady who has given up smoking a year ago, and has gained 2.5 stone in the process. I didn't mind as I really wanted to kick the cigs this time for good. Now I have shifted half a stone, and I am struggling with the diet bit. Excersise no problem. Its difficult to find something that I can make in less than tem mins, that tastes nice. I have done the whole stir fry thing, and cant eat another stir fry. I have done the veggie burger bit as well. And now Im on the salad with anything bit, and find that I am giving in to the slightest temptation again and again. Help!![]()

it is a new blog and is updated quite frequently and has a lot of nutritional information on there and a few low cal recipes that dont take THAT long... you should also try eatingwell.com they have a ton of amazing low cal recipes that dont take a long time to make.
