thanks so much! :)

1. Drink a lot of water, water, and some more water! It will help you keep full.

2. Keep a lot of healthy snacks with you at all times.  I noticed back in the day if i didnt have snacks with me then I would go and buy something unhealthy like starbucks. but if i had an apple inmy purse when im out then i would just have that.

3. Plan your meals ahead that way you will be prepared and wont order food in.

4.  Try to have 3 meals and at least 2 snacks a day. that way you will feel like you are always eating and wont be hungry.

Commit to working out.  Sign up for a class at the gym, join a running or biking club, things like that.

Don't buy unhealthy snacks.  If you don't have them, you can't eat them!  Instead, stock up on lots of fruits, veggies, lean meats and complex carbs.  It's summer, so there's lots of fresh produce.

Log your food every day.  Keep track of what you're eating.

Remember you CAN say NO (to food).  If a friend invites you to go get ice cream, you can go along with her, but you don't have to eat the ice cream.  Or if you're at a party, you don't have to sample everything.  Just remember, you have a choice.

You can still be social on a diet, though.  Ask your friends to go hiking or to play tennis.  Invite them over for dinner, where you can control what goes in the food.

ill try all of that, thank you guys! good luck to youss =]

If you haven't got time to get to the gym, walk, its only 290 calories per hour but its still exercise, get friends to drop you off before home and walk, walk everywhere you can to meet your friends etc.  Personally I find that I struggle to get the time to commit to going to the gym but will walk to and from work which is 3 miles each way.
