How much do you gain right before your period? I mean like the day before you get.

I have gained 3 pounds.

HAHA - very funny!!!!  My DH probably thinks the same.  I gain between 3 - 5 lbs right before I start and eat like a horse.  The day I start I don't eat and pee for about 24 hours straight.  I have noticed that the more water I drink leading up to it the less I gain and that my gain has gone down as my weight has gone down.  I am almost to the 100 to lose mark and when I was at my heaviest I would gain 8 or so.  Really did have 2 sizes of clothes in the closet just for TTOM.

between 2-4lbs the week before...

and they usually stick around until the first day - then voila - GONE!

i didn't get ttom for about 4-5 years-- bad 3rd child delivery/surgery & it just never came back-- until last fall-- UGH! talk about the end of a good thing!

i gain like 5-8 lbs-- and it goes off a week later-- BUT - i tend to want to eat carbs like 2-3 days before and 1-2 days on start-- so i think that the carbs add some of that 5-8 - i'll weigh exactly the same as always-- as I NEVER lose weight- only gain & re-lose those same 5-10 lbs REPEATEDLY OVER & OVER - It's never gonna end... ugh

2-5lbs...although it has been as high as 8lb gained before!!

Damn TOTM

1 to 2 pounds.  It always feels like a 10 pound gain though.  Seeing I'm not the only one helps me worry less about this dreaded time.

Being male I do not personally have TTOM, but since my partner suffers badly I tend to lose weight as do not eat as much as usual and shuld I head to the kitchen to source food I am promptly shouted at and have to just avoid the arguement.

Lose about 0.5 lbs due to TTOM

HAHHA> Love it! I am sorry you suffer due to your partner's TTOM.... but at least you can say you lost 0.5lbs! Wink
