There is no such thing as "quick fix" weight loss. Healthy weight loss only happens when you make long term lifestyle changes. Just keep excersizing and eating healthy and you should see lasting results!

sweet_sexy I'm just curious to know why every single thread you've posted on the forum spams for a site that charges money to help you lose weight?
Try healthy snacks such as fruits and veggies. You don't want to lose the weight fast because it will come back to you fast. Slow and steady is the best way. Also try and have small goals so you won't focus so much on the weight. Consistence is the key and good luck
i feel ya on the height thing. i'm 5'11/6' and most of my friends are shorter. i don't know about over-training, but since i've joined i've found that a lot of fruits and vegetables are really really low in calories. a cup of strawberries - about 50 calories +/-, nectarines - about 60 calories, apples +/- 75, baby carrots 5 cal/carrot. i like to stick to more natural/healthy stuff to snack on (raw fruits & veggi's) because at least i feel like i'm eating better.
Yes you can over train. don't work on the same muscles every day. Maybe legs one day and arms the next? fresh spinach is great, you can eat a ton and it's very very low in calories. If your looking to "appear" thinner for a special occasion you can do a reduction wrap. They do them at most spas. They reduce cellulite and can take off 2-4 inches but only works for a couple days. Are you real tan or pale? Did you know that having a darker tan can make you appear 10-15 pounds lighter. I plan on laying out by the pool soon!
Yes you can over train the muscles. I don't work the same or do the same amount of reps every day. I do alot of cardio and toning on my gut and hips... I try to tone like 3 days out of the week so my muscle can have a break.
But i do work out for 6 days giving myself sunday off. At first i was giving myself the whole week end off. But that didn't do good with me. Before i knew it. I was giving myself sat-wed off.
So, if you want the best work out. Mix it up. A meal that is good for your muscles. Add some protein to that. Real protein. not that powder stuff in a can. Tuna salad or Chicken Salad with no bread.
Protein does fill you up as well, Add some fiber to that too.. Fiber is good for weight loss too.. Good luck..
Not the best writier on this site. so i am sorry for any boo-boo's you see.. lynn

Just curious but what do you need to lose? Are you just looking to tone up or actually lose some weight?
