Hi I have been eating quinoa lately and I was wondering If any one knew If on the calorie counter If It says one cup is that dry or cooked?It says that a cup is around 620 calories and that seems kinda high for a cup of cooked.Thanks James.

That's the dry weight. Like most grains, quinoa is about 100 cals per ounce uncooked weight.... but it swells to 2 or 2.5 times the size after cooking.
