| 1 | cup vegetable broth |
| 2 | tbsp lemon juice |
| 2 | tbsp olive oil |
| 1/6 | white onion, chopped |
| 2 | cloves garlic |
| 2 | tbsp parsley, chopped |
| 3/4 | cup black beans |
- Cook Quinoa in Vegetable Broth
- Mix remaining ingriedients as a dressing and stir into quinoa and black beans
