I wish we had a "stop smoking application".
I created this group to keep track of my smoking. I want to give up the smokes. I don't want to put cancer in my body. Cancer is a painful and long desperate agony so I want to give myself some respect and be able to take pride on being a rehabilitated social smoker.
1. Log the # of smokes you have had everyday as part of your commentary of the end of day. This helps to keep track of the count.
2. Check how many you had at the end of every week.
3.Reinforce yourself to stop by acquiring a new activity to do when you feel like smoking. (Make sure it's not over-eating :P ).
4. Comment when you want to share what happened to you this day, bad or good; and how things are going in your path.
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
