Quit Sugar Buddy Needed?

Seems like all my weight fluxuations are due to the drug SUGAR!

I get cravings and head right to the store.  Curious if anyone wants to quit and team up.  That means ... Yes ... Using your cell phone and being in top communication when needed or when you need to talk with me.

Anyone want to take this on?

Me: 5'6", 130 pounds, 20 years old

trying to gain...so my stats are not really relevant but fye...20/4'11/85-90 I just don't like the dependency on sugar. i dont feel like i can stop adding it to everything i eat.

Sure! I'll take it on! I love sugar WAY to much too. It's hard to stop once you get going...

Sugar is a rather hard habbit to break. Have you tried alternative sugars? There is a great product called NuStevia. You can bake with it I believe. I put it in pancakes and then I don't need syrup.

I took my last hit on Feb. 18th.  I am finding inner strength from a ballance of lean protien and low glycemic carbs.  I realize that any day I could fall back into my old lifestyle.  Need encouragement.  Thanks.

Well I just checked in today and saw all the posts.  Looks like I'm quitting tomorrow. :)
