I feel sick, and extremely full. I can't believe that I've had 3000 calories in one day. I've already worked out for an hour, but now, I'm going to work out for another hour..
I went to Quizno's, because I got tired of going to subway every single day. Subway's sandwiches don't have that many cals in them. I got a tuna melt at Quiznos, thinking that it would be healthy. It turned out to be the most fattening thing I've ever eaten.
http://www.foodfacts.info/quiznos/ Quiznos is worse than McDonalds, or any place, from what I can tell.
I avoid Quiznos. I think I am in minority who prefers Subway. Anyway it doesn't matter where you get it, tuna melt is just not healthy at all. It's basically tuna and mayo....
UD
its 1 sandwich, 1 dat, no big deal.
how can you never get a tuna sandwich out?? theyre so good,
healthy? i just dont agree w this idea of "healthy" if its means you cant get a sandwich out.
quiznos has some healthier options like the honey burbon chicken or sierra turkey. If you get the small they are both under 400 calories....but really its just one sandwich for one day...next time choose more wisely if you feel so horrible about it. Try not to stress about it

I travel frequently and run into several challenges...fast food is one...personally when I go to Quiznos I ask for either a salad or if I get a sandwich I get it loaded with veggies and cut back on the calorie/fat extras that tend to max it out. You can actually get a good sub at Quiznos that isnt any worse or better than subway...you just have to do the BK thing and say "you want it your way"
If you're so extremely full why did you eat the whole thing? You're entire situation could've been avoided by just realizing you were full and stop eating. You shouldn't make yourself excersize unless you're really up to it - otherwise it's disordered behaviour. Just make little changes during the week by eating a lighter lunch one day or turning down a snack the next. Plus, about 1,000 calories is nothing. A pound is 3,500 calories, so.. yeah.. you're not gonna blow up in one night. Just eat slightly less throughout the next few days.
Warning, warning!
"I feel sick and extremeley full." You ALREADY worked out for a hour and you're going to go work out for ANOTHER hour?
Why punish yourself? It was a bad food choice, dust yourself off and pick it up tomorrow. I repeat: Do NOT punish yourself for the things that you eat, it's not only unfair to yourself, it may turn into an unhealthy relationship with food.
Yesterday I had TWO scoops of Baskin Robins ice cream--my friend was having family problems and a girls solution tends to either be a handful of guys (whether it be Jack and Jose, or Ben and Jerry). Afterwards I felt sick as well buuut I wasn't about to go punishing myself for eating it. I made a mistake--should of had a smaller size or went with the fro-yo or sorbets--but today's a new day where I can make healthier decisions.
If you were to eat at quiznos every day then we'd have a problem. Don't worry my dear, the beautiful thing about this world is that the sun falls and rises every 24 hours and a new beginning's just around the corner :)
