In addition to using Calorie Count (the best thing I ever did for myself), I am using the RAC 5BX program. Has anyone else used this program?

I was searching the forum for 5BX and decided to bump this topic up. I too have recently started this program (details can be found here: http://www.gettingfitagain.com/5bx.php ).
It seems to be working well for me, are you still using it Teacherbb? I was a bit concerned about exercise #3 and my back. I'm a 6'2" male, 42 y.o., and I've had occasional mild back trouble in the past. I can really feel my back muscles getting a workout with this exercise. I go very deliberate and slowly, and I am following the advice of going 7 days at each level before moving up. So far, so good.
Anyone else using this?
