Race For Life 2009

Hi guys!

I'm just posting this message because I've decided to do Race for Life this year!! Wahoo. For those of you who don't know what it is, it's a 5km race to raise money for Cancer Research UK. I've decided to do it this year because it's a cause close to my heart and something that will motivate me to get fit!

I really want to hit my fundraising target so I'd love it if you could please sponsor me! Every penny helps and it's all for a good cause.

Argh i've just signed up for this too with my friend! im so nervous - i am NOT a runner - but i really wanna raise some money and its a bonus that it gives us something to get fit for! where are you doing it? We're running in southampton!
