How did I miss this sport?  I can run 8-12 miles (average 20 a week) , I lift 1-2 times a week, I do yoga 2 times a week, and I fit in a spin class or an aerobics class as often as possible.

I played racquetball for an hour last Friday for the very first time and I thought I was going to pass out a half hour into it!  And I found out that I suck at racquetball... My husband has been playing for a year or so with a friend from work, the friend couldn't make it on Friday so I said "I'll play!"  How hard could it be, right?  I consider myself to be in fairly decent shape.  Wow!  What a workout!  And I missed the ball completely half the time, imagine how I'd feel if we actually got a good volley going!  So, becoming a decent racquetball player is on my list of things to do by the end of the year (it's becoming a long list Foot in mouth).

Any other racquetball players out there?

Okay, no racquetball players.  How 'bout tennis, badmiton,... ping pong?

I played raquetball in college.  Yikes - talk about sweat!   I think the better you get at it the less running you do!  lol... keep the other guy running!

I haven't played in years!

Better late than never? I'm a big racquetball fan. My level is D, C on a good day but I love the sport and love that 2 hours passes before you realize it. Good workout. I'm playing in a tourney this weekend actually!
