rainbow jello? help please.

I teach a wednesday night class at church and made rainbow jello for the kids for noah's ark haha. well, it ends up being one cup of assorted flavors of jello. I just ate one. haha.  I know they are all 80 calories per serving, but the boxes are loongg gone and I need to know what a serving size is...Did I just eat like tonnnss of calories in jello? Or did I have like 80-160?

One cup of regular Jello is approximately 140 calories.  Generally, a serving size is half a cup at 70-80 calories (depending on the brand).

I imagine you probably burned that many calories watching the kids in class!

haha okay thanks! yeah I figured it was either 1/2 a cup or 1/4...and I was hoping for 1/2. And yes..you are probably right!
